Chris Tooley – Executive Vice President
|
Chris is responsible for managing corporate governance and key banking relationships
for both Lycatel and Lycamobile.
Chris has over 16 years of senior level experience in the prepaid telecom industry.
He pioneered many of the technical, commercial and legal industry standards in Europe
for prepaid products and has worked extensively with Government Regulators and Tax
Authorities. Chris was founder and CEO of Unitel Communications in 1994, co-founder
of ECCSA (European Calling Card Services Association) in 1999, Chairman from 2001
to 2005.
Chris has been a regular media contributor and commentator on issues arising in
the industry with BBC TV and Radio, Financial Times, other Telecoms media.
Chris was educated at Oxford University and holds degrees in History and Economics.

Andrew Monnery – Vice President Business Development - Lycamobile
|
Andrew is responsible for developing new and existing Mobile Network Operator relationships.
Andrew has 20 years experience in telecoms, joining Vodafone in 1989 to work on
the expanding analogue network. In his 8 years at Vodafone, Andrew worked on the
launch of the UK’s first GSM network, was responsible for network infrastructure
and SIM contract management, and for the delivery of new services into the market.
Andrew recently worked for the Orange group as the Director responsible for the
planning and delivery of their Global Brand Marketing and Product initiatives.

Kashmir Nijar – Chief Strategy Officer, Lycamobile
|
Kashmir is responsible for the development of distribution channel strategy for
Lycamobile.
Kashmir has over 15 years experience within the Mobile Industry. Kashmir joins Lycamobile
from KPN Mobile, where he was Head of International Wholesale. He was Instrumental
in pioneering the new wholesale challenger strategy for KPN Mobile International
resulting in remarkable growth experienced at both BASE and E-plus in 2005/2007.He
also successfully launched 11 major MVNO’s & Branded partners in 2006 across multiple
segments (FMCG, media, data, ethnic, mobile retail and fixed) including 5 group
deals.
Kashmir has an MSc in Satellite and Telecommunication Eng from the University of
Surrey and a BEng (Hons) degree in Electronic Eng from UMIST (Manchester).

Subaskaran Allirajah - Group Chairman
|
|
Subas is a high profile industry thought leader, a visionary and entrepreneur.
Subas has 15 years experience in the prepaid telecommunications market. Subas’s
knowledge, drive and determination have been instrumental in the success of the
Lycatel and Lycamobile brands. A keen entrepreneur Subas has a proven track record
of realising key opportunities to grow the Lycatel and Lycamobile brands.
Subas is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Milind Kangle - Group CEO
|
Milind teamed up with Subas in 2003 and developed Lycatel into the market leading
global prepaid calling card brand. His passion now is to develop a benchmark MVNO
model for Lycamobile and make it the global number one international calling MVNO
brand.
Milind is often sought after to share his knowledge at various telecommunications
industry forums such Carriers World, Economist Conferences and Informa MVNO Congress
globally.
Over the past 20 years Milind has held leadership positions in blue chip organisations
such as Motorola and MashreqBank psc, the UAE's number one private bank. At MashreqBank,
Milind led the Customer Knowledge Based Marketing, Market Research and the Financial
and Strategic planning teams, from inception to deliver customer acquisition, retention,
cross-sell and cost management programs to significantly enhance product and customer
profitability.
Milind is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds
a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing awarded by the CIM. He has a First Class Honours
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.

Rob Beswick - Group Marketing Director
|
Rob is responsible for marketing strategy and development for Lycatel and Lycamobile.
Rob has a broad range of marketing experience ranging from telecommunications through
to FMCG. Prior to Lycatel, Rob worked as a key member of the Nelson Bakewell Retail
Marketing team driving cross-promotional and strategic marketing initiatives over
a portfolio of over 20 retail destinations. He has also worked on developing marketing
and communications strategy for well-respected global brands such as Sony, Coca-Cola,
Lexus, Nissan, and Jaguar.
Rob is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Post
Graduate Diploma in Marketing awarded by the CIM.

Mohammed Malique - Group Legal Counsel
|
Mohammed is responsible for all legal, regulatory affairs and compliance for Lycatel
and Lycamobile.
Mohammed is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court (England & Wales) and is Head of Legal,
for Lycatel. He specialises in Telecommunications and also has wide ranging experience
of Civil Litigation, with particular emphasis on High Court Litigation (Administrative
Court).
Previous experience includes Powell & Company, where Mohammed led Human Rights Litigation,
conducting several leading cases before the Court of Appeal and House of Lords,
and commercial work in the telecoms market. He has experience in drafting and negotiating
a wide range of commercial contracts in the Telecoms sector. He also advises on
mergers and acquisitions, in addition to IP rights, Telecom Regulatory matters and
Corporate Immigration.
Mohammed has lectured on Corporate Immigration, Human Rights matters and Company
Commercial work, both in the U.K. and abroad.

Premananthan Sivasamy - Group Chief Operating Officer
|
Prem is responsible for global operations, driving synergy and efficiencies across
the Lycatel and Lycamobile operating companies and service providers.
Prem has over 11 Years experience in the Prepaid International telecommunications
industry and prior to joining Lycatel was the Managing Director of United Networks
Calling Card Division, He was also Managing Director of Voice Telecom with overall
responsibility for driving revenue for both their calling card and residential telecoms
products.
Prem has a BA Honours Degree from Middlesex University, where he studied Accounting
and Finance.
