Customer Services Representative

An exciting opportunity for Customer Service Representatives to join the growing
team at Lycatel.

Key Responsibilities:
|
• Answering incoming customer calls and replying to e-mails.
• Keeping each customer satisfied with service and prompt feedback.
• Processing requests and helping customers to save time.
• Making suggestions to customers to promote products
• Updating details on an in-house database system.
|
|
What you’ll gain:

Experience:
|
• We are looking for people with previous customer service experience (telecom experience
preferred),however, all other industries will be considered as well.
• Should be able to speak 2 European languages fluently.

Sales Representative

their European sales teams.

Key Responsibilites:

• Developing new sales territories, growing customer base with exciting new products
launching into market.

Experience:
|
• 3 years sales experience, preferably in telecoms industry.
• Fluent European language + English
• Knowledge of selling to business customers and selling on the phone.
This is a role that will suit a proactive and sales focused individual that is looking
for a challenging position in the telecom industry
that will offer the possibility to move into field sales or team management.
You will be based in our UK head office.
